Some of Karen's testimony appears in the article "Healing Depression" on page 20 of the November 14 edition of theTransforming Sydney newsletter.

“It was a joy and an inspiration to hear about Karen’s faith journey and her special ministry in song. It was a privilege to learn a couple of her songs to sing together and great that people could purchase the CDs she has produced to encourage us as we listen each day.”

John Bumford – Co-ordinator, Winchelsea Uniting Church

“The Ladies at Wonthaggi Baptist were touched by the message of your life's journey, and how God has healed and blessed you.  So many comments were made about your soothing and encouraging songs and how you integrated them with your testimony, and especially that they were your own songs and written from your heart. Thankyou for making the trip down and sharing your journey with us; you have been a real blessing.”

WendyThomas and the Women of Worth Team - Wonthaggi Baptist Church

"Karen's story helps to reflect on the care and concern that we have for the ‘other’. Because her experience is so down to earth it reminds us that – from teachers to technicians – we all have a role to play in the Kingdom.”

Brian Holden – Pastor – Brighton Church of Christ

“Thanks for sharing your music and singing with our Eucalypts group. The group found your story and singing very touching. May you continue to share Jesus as you share with others.”

Jan Shattock – St Thomas Anglican Church, Burwood

“Our church very much enjoyed listening to Karen sharing her testimony and songs which were beautifully written to give glory to God for all His goodness. The music was lovely and the presentation quality flowed very nicely. We recommend her to any group.”

Tony Riches – Melbourne Indigenous Church

"It is always good to read of a transformation of a person's life.  We at the Companion Club at Waverley were priviledged to hear Karen's transforming life story.   Through Karen's story, which was told through her testimony & songs, we were reminded that God has a plan for each of our lives, even though our path may not be easy.  What an inspiration Karen was to us all."

Margaret Novell - Companion Club Leader, Salvation Army Waverley
